Your first recording

Prop your phone against a water bottle and film two minutes of running. That is the entire setup — no calibration routine, no second angle.

Real footage is messy: an arm swings across a hip, a stride leaves the frame. The model repairs what the camera missed — filling hidden joints and lifting the flat image into a full 3D skeleton — so ordinary video is enough to measure from.

Week over week

Every session lands next to the last one. The app keeps your personal baseline — your stride timing, your symmetry, your normal — and shows each week as a position against it, not as a score out of a hundred.

When something drifts — an asymmetry growing, a stride shortening — that is exactly what the system is designed to surface early. Catching drift before it becomes pain is a research program, and the app labels it as one.

Coming back from injury

Rehab has a measurement problem: “it feels better” is hard to plan around. Because your pre-injury movement is on record, the comeback gets a reference — each week’s movement quality is read against the baseline you are working back to.

Return-to-play monitoring is a research program built to support you and the people treating you. It informs judgment; it is not a medical diagnosis, and it never claims to be.

Pose estimation reads a working skeleton out of your phone footage — the raw material for everything the app does. Because real video hides joints and drops frames, skeleton repair & 2D→3D lifting fills in what the camera missed and turns flat detections into a clean three-dimensional skeleton — the reason one ordinary camera is enough.

From those skeletons, movement signatures condense each session into numbers that stay comparable week over week, so a change in your stride becomes something you can point at. On top of your baseline sit two research programs, labeled as such: injury-risk signals, designed to flag drift from your own normal early, and return-to-play monitoring, built to read recovery against your pre-injury baseline.
