Terms of Use
The ground rules for using withoutball.com — a pre-launch informational site with an early-access waitlist.
Scope and acceptance
These terms govern your use of the withoutball.com website, including its early-access waitlist (together, the “site”), operated by WithoutBall (provider details in the imprint). By accessing or using the site, you accept these terms.
How personal data is handled is described separately in the privacy policy; the imprint identifies the provider.
The site: pre-launch, informational
withoutball.com is an informational site about the WithoutBall platform — an AI system for human-movement intelligence that is currently in development. The site provides no product access; its purpose is to describe the platform and to let you register early interest.
Capabilities, metrics, and examples on this site are labeled by status — Built, Prototype, Example, Synthetic, Roadmap, or Research — and describe work in progress. They are informational, may change or be discontinued without notice, and do not constitute an offer, a commitment to deliver any feature, or a representation about future availability.
Early-access waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side: it does not entitle you to access, a place in any beta, or any service, and it does not oblige you to buy anything. We decide at our discretion when and to whom early access is opened.
You agree to submit only an email address you are entitled to use. You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing info@withoutball.com; the privacy policy describes the data handling and deletion in detail.
No warranties; no professional advice
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law and subject to the liability section below.
Nothing on this site is professional advice. In particular, content about movement, injury, rehabilitation, or readiness is general information about a technology in development — it is not medical advice and never a medical diagnosis. Consult a qualified professional for health decisions.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site only lawfully and considerately. In particular, you will not:
- attempt unauthorized access to the site, its hosting infrastructure, or the waitlist backend, or probe, disable, or disrupt them;
- submit false, misleading, or third-party data through the waitlist form, or automate submissions;
- impose deliberately excessive load on the site or scrape it in a way that disrupts its operation;
- use the site to distribute unlawful content or malware, or infringe third-party rights.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, design, graphics, diagrams, and code — is protected by copyright and other laws. Reproduction, editing, distribution, or any exploitation beyond the limits of copyright requires our prior written consent.
“WithoutBall” and the product names used on this site (including InjuryRadar, SkeletonAPI, MoveSearch, MoveID, FormCoach, TacticaLens) identify our current and planned products. No trademark or other license is granted by making the site available.
Limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations — duties whose fulfilment makes proper performance possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely — and then only up to the damage foreseeable and typical at the time. Any further liability is excluded. As the site and the waitlist are provided free of charge, the statutory liability standards for gratuitous services apply in addition.
Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms as the site evolves — for example when the platform launches. The current version with its effective date is always available at this address; material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect. If you continue using the site after that date, the amended terms apply; if you do not agree, stop using the site and, if you wish, leave the waitlist.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected.
Contact and effective date
Questions about these terms: info@withoutball.com.
Effective date: July 9, 2026. WithoutBall is pre-launch; these terms will be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch, and the then-current version will be published here.
